Local Host Society

Gulf Obesity Surgery Society (GOSS)

The national societies from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates established GOSS in 2013 to unify their efforts in combating obesity in the gulf region. One of the activities that the regional society is undertaking to achieve this is to create a single educational platform for clinicians and allied health professionals by consolidating the national conferences into the annual GOSS meeting.
